All rooms have a variety of amenities for the leisure and comfort of our guests, including colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. Little ones are welcome and we have both cots and high chairs.

Guests can also make full use of our residents lounge which has Sky television. Most of our rooms have en-suite facilities. Prices range from £25 to £35 per person per night with reduced rates for children.
A full Scottish breakfast is included in the tariff and can be enjoyed in our lovely dining room, the perfect place to warm to a day of sightseeing and adventuring. For those with special dietary needs, we can provide something equally delicious to start your day.

The town centre is only ten minutes from the house and offers a variety of quality entertainments and distractions, including some very good eateries and pubs.
