Offering something truly exceptional to those who can appreciate it, Ness Bank Guest House lies right on the River Ness and has splendid views of the peaceful water, the only division between the house and the beautiful 19th century Cathedral Church of Saint Andrew.
|
Your hosts, David and Judith, are glad to welcome you to their house. Built in 1860, the property is a Grade II Listed Building exuding an architectural richness which works seamlessly with the pervasive waterside nature to a gentle, warming effect.
Since taking ownership in 2002, David and Judith have lovingly upgraded the property to ensure its inherent charm has not been sacrificed while bringing you the kind of convenience and comfort synonymous with superior Inverness Bed and Breakfasts.

David and Judith have responded to their beautiful location by running an environmentally aware business, earning them the Scottish Tourism Board’s silver award for friendly environment practices.
From ecologically sound laundry products and energy efficiency lighting to intensive recycling and a generally happy relationship with the local plant and wildlife, you can rest assured that a stay at Ness Bank Guest House is pleasing to the touch and good for the spirit.

The house offers a choice of 5 double and twin rooms, each different in its own way, but all with warmth and character. All have been furnished and decorated in materials and tones sympathetic to the setting. In total, the house can accommodate 11 guests, making it ideal for a wedding party or family gathering.
|
Depending on which room you stay in, prices range from £28 per person per night, presuming the room is shared. Single occupancy of the same rooms is available from £40 per night.
Of course, breakfast is included in the price and is not to be missed. Served in the riverside dining room, all food is made to order. Preferring to use fresh local produce from environmentally aware farmers and suppliers, you can enjoy a delicious, hearty meal made with all the prowess which fresh quality ingredients deserve.

All eggs are free range or organic or both and all meat comes from Scottish animals. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome, as are those with gluten or dairy intolerance.
Only five minutes walk along the river to the city centre, the house is deceptively close to a wide array of activities from shopping to fine dining. Being in the heart of Highlands, the area abounds with nature trails and cycling tracks and the Great Glen Way is right on the doorstep.
As hosts of a special Inverness Bed and Breakfast, David and Judith hope to welcome you soon.
