Craignay House is an established, 19th century, B-listed town house situated just 5 minutes walk from Inverness City Center, near the River Ness. It is ideally located with easy access to bus and rail stations, and all local amenities. It is also just 6 miles from Inverness airport.

There is also American pitch pinewood througout. The red sand stone, which makes up the exterior, comes from Tarradale Quarry, on the Black Isle. This is a truly remarkable bed and breakfast establishment and a fine example of Victorian architecture in a conservation area of Inverness.
Craignay Guest House has a variety of standard and en-suite rooms to choose from, all tastefully decorated with new soft furnishings. The bedroom’s facilites include television with Freeview, radio alram clock, hairdryer and trouser press. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilites.
For breakfast, guests are served a full Scottish breakfast and can help themselves to cereals, yoghurts and fruit from the self service buffet. A vegetarian option is also available. Smoking is not permitted in the dining room.
Prices range from £20 to £65 per night according to time of year and number of people sharing.
